WHITEHALL, Mich. — The Whitehall Police Department is currently investigating the handling of the White Lake Ambulance Authority’s employee benefit contributions, confirmed Roger Squiers, the city’s police chief.
Squiers said on Wednesday, Nov. 5, that the case is “an open investigation” at this time and he can’t divulge details until the case is closed.
Squiers said they were made aware of the allegations on Monday, Nov. 3 and the investigation was launched at that time.
