This week’s Photo of the Week comes from Mecklenburg (N.C.) EMS Agency (MEDIC), showing their furry friend “Thor” who is helping aid in research on 911 dispatcher stress.
The agency is studying the effects of therapy dogs on dispatchers’ vitals following stressful 911 calls. Thor has been on-site at MEDIC’s communications center working with the dispatchers and the agency’s research team on this important project.
