CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Driscoll Children Hospital introduced a new ambulance specifically designed for children.
The custom-built ambulance is supposed to provide a smoother ride for fragile patients. It also features a colorful design, KZTV10 reported.
The new vehicle will pick up children from smaller, rural hospitals and transport them to the children hospital.
The ambulance was built thanks to funds from the South Texas Cattleman’s Roundup.
