McNaughton Incorporated recently introduced the Buckle Guard Belt Buckle Cover for stretcher seatbelts intended to slow and deter a patient from unbuckling safety restraints.

The Buckle Guard Belt Buckle Cover slides over the restraint buckle and hides the release mechanism while the buckle is secure. No tools are required to access the release mechanism, which is covered with a, FDA approved child safety cap.

The Buckle Guard Belt Buckle Cover weighs two pounds and fits buckles up to two inches wide and 1 1/8 inches high.
