SKEWEN, Wales — An ambulance carrying a patient to hospital became stuck in a “precarious position” in a back lane in Neath for four hours before it was hauled free.
A second ambulance was called to take the woman to hospital before a tractor arrived to pull the vehicle free. The incident happened at Skewen en route to the city’s Morriston Hospital.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said no-one was injured in the incident on Tuesday which happened after they were called to reports a woman feeling unwell.
