JERSEY CITY, N.J. — One firefighter fell through the floor at a house fire where five people, including a toddler, were injured Thursday morning.
NBC New York reported that the four adults and toddler were forced to jump from the home when the fire started. The toddler was burned on the arm, a woman was burned on her face and three other adults were treated for smoke inhalation. It’s unclear if the firefighter suffered any injuries.
Firefighters were still putting out hot spots Thursday and arson investigators were on the scene.
