NILES, Ohio — A member of the Niles Fire Department died unexpectedly over the weekend, the organization said.
Firefighter-Paramedic Thomas “Tommy” Harkelrode was hired by the NFD in 2018 and died on Sunday, WKBN 27 reported.
In a post on Facebook, the department asked for thoughts and prayers for Harkelrode's family.
