Pedestrian struck by San Francisco ambulance

The woman suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital in stable condition

SAN FRANCISCO — A pedestrian was struck by a San Francisco Fire Department ambulance Tuesday morning.

CBS SF Bay Area reported that the collision happened near an intersection by the City College of San Francisco. The ambulance was responding to a medical emergency and was going through the intersection when it struck a woman walking across the street.

The woman suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital in stable condition, according to the report.

No one in the ambulance was injured.
