WALDORF, Md. — An ambulance crash with another vehicle caused an EMS provider to be trapped in the rig Thursday night, and three people were injured, the Bay Net reported.
Firefighters extricated the EMT from Waldorf Paramedic Ambulance 38 in about 10 minutes, Southern Maryland News Net reported.
An injured pregnant person was transported to a trauma center. Two other injured people also were transported, but it is not clear who they are.
The EMS team had been responding to a medical call and did not have a patient on board.
