SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. — Station 37 Deerhorn has added RA 37, a rescue ambulance designed to deliver advanced life support in remote and rugged areas.
The off-road-capable unit can reach patients beyond paved roads, including steep mountain grades, narrow roads and uneven terrain.
Staffed by paramedics and equipped for ALS care, RA 37 will respond to medical and rescue incidents and support neighboring agencies when requested.
