Video: Paramedic’s stance on fast food workers’ pay goes viral

The Florida paramedic asks why fast food workers should make more than those who save lives every day

LAKELAND, Fla. — A Polk County paramedic is providing a new perspective on fast food workers’ fight for $15 an hour.

“I’m a paramedic with a bachelors degree, and I don’t make $15 an hour,” said Graham Judd in a Facebook video that’s been viewed more than 15,000 times in three days.

The video sparked a conversation online and renewed the wage debate.
