Mo. toddler dies in crash involving snow plow

The child, Kiber Williams, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — A one-year-old child was killed in a crash involving a snow plow Monday morning.

FOX4KC reported that the driver of the car, Alicca Williams, 24, lost control of her car, crossed the center line and hit the snow plow. The roads were covered with snow and ice at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The child, Kiber Williams, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the report. Kiber was taken to a hospital and was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the snow plow suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital by ambulance, according to the report. The snow plow driver and Alicca Williams were wearing seatbelts.
