OKLAHOMA CITY — Paramedics revived a man this morning whose heart apparently stopped, causing a crash this morning in southeast Oklahoma City, police said.
The man’s name was not released. Police previously reported the medical issue had caused his death.
The man was driving a car northbound on S Sooner Road south of Interstate 240 about 6:30 a.m. when he drifted into oncoming traffic and hit an oncoming vehicle head-on, police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.
The sole occupant of the other vehicle was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The man whose heart stopped was revived in an ambulance en route to a hospital, Warlow said. He remains hospitalized, she said.
