JOHNSTON COUNTY, Okla. — Dispatchers and Emergency responders are the first people we call in crisis.

They’re trained to be calm and collected in the middle of chaos and fear but when a crash like the bus accident happens, they to are left to cope with the aftermath and emotions.

Murray County Director of Paramedics Dan Lancaster said, “You’re not going to know how you are going to react to it until you experience it. You can read about it in a book all you want, but until you get out there and see it for the first time and have to be in it for the first time, you have no clue how you are going to react to it.”
