NILES, Mich. — An EMS provider, a patient and the driver of another vehicle were injured Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Howard Township, according to Leader Publications.
Cass County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a Southwestern Michigan Community Ambulance crash at about 9:35 a.m. Thursday.
Their investigation showed that the driver of a Subaru failed to yield and pulled out in front of the ambulance, whose driver tried to avoid a crash.
Both drivers and the patient in the ambulance sustained minor injuries and were transported to hospitals.
Deputies said all three were wearing safety restraints, and the crash is under investigation.
