MARCO ISLAND, Fla. — The Pinnacle EMS Conference this week included a celebration of Jack Stout’s life.
Stout, known as the “father of high-performance EMS,” died in 2020.
The Jack Stout EMS Fellowship was created in his memory. The first recipient is Matt Parrish, a captain with the Columbus (Ohio) Division of Fire.
