“New research and scientific literature are constantly emerging, and it can be difficult for busy EMS Clinicians to keep up,” National Registry’s Research Team member and EMS Fellow Chris Gage said. “This podcast helps break down the most important findings and explains what they mean for EMS Clinicians and their patients.”

Episodes will spotlight research and guidance from leading EMS and emergency medicine sources, with early topics including TXA in trauma care, airway management, mass casualty response, long bone fractures and racial disparities in emergency care.

New episodes will be released every other Friday, with clips shared on social media. The podcast is geared toward EMS clinicians as well as educators, medical directors and others who use research to shape practice and policy.

The podcast will be available on the organization’s website, social media channels and major podcast platforms.
