FORD COUNTY, Kan. — Ford County Fire & EMS is mourning the death of Firefighter/Paramedic William Cory “Liam” Price, who died on April 19 after suffering a medical emergency while on duty, according to Deputy Chief Kyle Davis.
KWCH reported Price served with the department for more than seven years, beginning in September 2018.
“The fire service is a close-knit family, and this loss is felt far beyond county lines,” Comanche County Emergency Management told KAKE. “We ask our community to keep their family, fellow firefighters, and all who knew them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We stand with Ford County and offer our full support.”
