Rochester NY - EMS eSchedule, a leader in online crew scheduling & agency management software for EMS, fire and air medical agencies has hired Bill Palma, EMT, to join the company as Client Support Analyst. The position was created as the company continues to grow and add customers across the United States.

Mr. Palma’s role will be a mixed one–he will assist new agencies with implementing and launching their software and rolling it out to their members. In addition, Bill will offer customer support and training to existing customers.

A full-time career firefighter with the Brighton Fire District (Brighton, NY, a suburb of Rochester, NY), Bill also works part-time as Scheduler and EMT with Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance. In addition to his public service roles, Mr. Palma has experience in the business world having owned ISPNET, a national ISP. Prior to that, he was VP of FASTNET, an Internet solution company.

“2013 was a pivotal year for us as an organization,” said David Falcone, owner of EMS eSchedule. “We have a core group of customers that are extremely important to us and it became clear that I needed to add an additional team member to allow us to continue to offer the same level of customer service that we’ve always had. As we grow, having Bill on board will give us the flexibility to add new customers while maintaining our superior level of customer support.”

Mr. Palma started his new role in late December.

EMS eSchedule offers web-based personnel & agency management software for EMS, fire and other related industries (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, Helicopter/Air Medical Transport, etc.). Functionality includes scheduling, time clock, attendance and payroll integration, shift availability, training & certification tracking, vehicle maintenance and much more. The company has been in business since 2004 and steadily growing ever since, serving agencies across the United States.
