911 C.A.S.P.E.R. Systems has developed a new fundraising platform featuring a full color LED sign that emergency service departments can use to display custom content, sponsorships, and alerts.

The program syncs up with FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS), and aims to enhance the information with graphics and pictures for any missing person or person of interest alert.

It also provides its own alert system through local dispatch to send geographically targeted community alerts directly to one or more C.A.S.P.E.R. displays. Shareable content can also include fundraisers, local events, safety tips, public service announcements, fallen hero memorials and more.

The company also offers a fundraiser platform where sponsors are acknowledged throughout the day between other messages and alerts in return for a donation. Any person or business in the community can donate to an organization for exposure on their C.A.S.P.E.R. display.

The LED display has 16mm pixel pitch and 281 trillion colors. There is a five-year parts warranty and life expectancy of 100,000 hours or 11.4 years assuming the display is run 24/7.

Cloud-based design software provides flexible templates and optional widgets. Scheduling and managing software allows users to schedule content five years in advance and edit content from anywhere online.
