January, 2014 Chicopee, MA – IRON DUCK a division of Fleming Industries, Inc is proud to announce and welcome back Brooke A. Lawrence as the Company’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Lawrence will be responsible for sales team leadership, driving revenue, manage new product innovation, brand management, as well as general management responsibilities.
He joins the Iron Duck team from Ecolab of St. Paul, MN. Ecolab is a global provider of Infection Prevention solutions and services for Alternate Care Market. Including the public safety market. It was there that Lawrence served as US Sales Manager. During his successful tenure at Ecolab he directed all sales and promotion activities while growing division sales during his 7 year tenure.
Lawrence is coming back to Iron Duck after previously spending 11+ years with the company. Starting as the Northeast Regional Manager and working his way up to Vice President of Sales. While previously with Iron Duck, Lawrence led the sales team while assisting with marketing, engineering and supporting manufacturing by bringing his 20+ years of EMS and Disaster response experience to the organization. A veteran of the national responses to the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center and Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Ike as a Mission Commander in the National Disaster Medical System. Mr. Lawrence provides Iron Duck with a unique set of skills rarely seen in business today, a proven sales management history with clinical and practical application of the products and services.
