1.) Where did your company name originate from?

Our company name was chosen because it takes One Beat, a heartbeat, to save a life.
 

2.) What was the inspiration behind starting your company?

Our company roots are in professional emergency response. One Beat was inspired by the desire to spread our mission of saving lives, not just in an emergency, but every day to everyone.
 

 3.) What is your signature product and how does it work?

Defibrillators and AEDs are our signature products. They help re-establish an effective heart rhythm.

4.) Why do you believe your products are essential to your vertical (Police, Fire, EMS, Corrections, Government) community?

Time is of the essence in an emergency. Making sure our products are in the hands of first responders, who are typically the first ones to render aid to a patient, is the best way to save lives.

5.) What has been the biggest challenge your company has faced?

Our biggest challenge has been post-COVID supply chain issues.

6.) What makes your company unique?

One Beat’s company culture, our team, is what makes us unique.

Our customers trust the One Beat brand. They like our product options, competitive prices, and unparalleled customer service. We’re here from the first step of the purchasing process and throughout the lifetime of the product.

The most rewarding part of what we do is saving lives.

9.) Do you support any charitable organizations within public safety/community?

Tell us more. Absolutely, we do. We support the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, Parent Heart Watch, and various local and community outreach programs.

10.) Is there any fun fact or trivia that you’d like to share with our users about you or your company?

We’ve sold over a quarter million AEDs to date and that number is climbing!

11.) What’s next for your company? Any upcoming new projects or initiatives?

We’re focusing on expanding our product line and growing our business in the e-Commerce space.
