Initial EMS training has its challenges, and providers attempt to use their knowledge as effectively as possible. It is the continuing education process that rounds out and polishes the knowledge that allows providers to deliver the best care possible. Carbino shares her education knowledge, including the importance of passion and creativity when teaching.
