HERMITAGE, Tenn. — Police said an ambulance veered off Old Hickory Boulevard at about 1:40 a.m. Sunday and sent two paramedics to the hospital.
They were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials said the ambulance veered off the road and hit a rock wall and mailboxes before it stopped.
Investigators said alcohol did not appear to be a factor and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
