GALWAY, Ireland – An organization in Ireland dedicated to bar and nightclub EMS needs launched this week.
“Night Medics,” according to Galway Independent, will provide prompt professional emergency care for bar patrons in the event of any major incident.
Twelve venues signed up to take part in the pilot program.
Night Medics, introduced by Cara Ambulance Service, has a dedicated ambulance staffed by paramedics and EMTs. It will operate during the peak hours of 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. seven nights a week.
