EMS crews establish base camp for Hurricane Dorian
The city of High Springs is just one base of operations for emergency responders that are setting up camp before the storm arrives

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. — A fleet of emergency crews have set up base camp in High Springs to prepare ahead of Hurricane Dorian.
According to WCJB, emergency crews already set up camps in Lake City and Gainesville, and now they are set up in High Springs.
First responders from Tennessee and Louisiana set up camp in a church while they wait to be deployed once Hurricane Dorian reaches land and makes its way up the coast.
