SAN ANTONIO, Texas — An ambulance crashed through a fence after a woman who had a green light said she didn’t see the vehicle, which had lights and sirens activated, KSAT.com reports.
She drove through the light and struck the ambulance, which was heading to a call for a pedestrian accident. The ambulance jumped a curb and hit a fence, and the unit was totaled. The woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and no one else was hurt.
Another ambulance was called for the injured pedestrian.
