HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. — Two Haywood County paramedics escaped serious injury when their ambulance rolled over while responding to a call.
Haywood County Emergency Services said the crash occurred when the driver lost control on a curve, WLOS reported. The ambulance came to rest at the bottom of the embankment near a home
The two paramedics in the ambulance were uninjured. There was no damage to the home.
In a Facebook post, Haywood County Emergency Services stated that another ambulance was sent to the original emergency call. The ambulance involved in the rollover was an older model being used as a reserve.
