NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, N.J. — The Neptune Township OEM Special Operations Team trained on Beach Sand Collapse Rescue at Ocean Grove’s North End Beach.
The session covered sand dynamics, locating victims, rapid sand removal, extrication, and medical response. The team’s rescue truck is equipped with tools specific to sand collapse rescue.
