WASHINGTON — Police are looking for a suspect who threatened EMS providers with a gun and stole a DC Fire and EMS ambulance Saturday morning.
At about 8:52 a.m., the suspect approached the providers, who were responding to a report of a man down, according to a police report.
The suspect got in the back of the parked ambulance. He put his hand on a gun he was carrying in his waistband while threatening the DC Fire and EMS personnel. They got out of the ambulance. The suspect fled in the ambulance, which was found later.

The EMS providers were not injured.
