LEBANON, Maine — A woman was injured early Tuesday when her vehicle collided with an MSAD 60 school bus on Route 202.

The driver, Kim Scott, 46, of Lebanon, was heading west when she struck a bus that was turning off Lower Middle Road, Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland said. The car struck the front driver’s side of the bus.

The seven children on the bus, none of whom were injured, were elementary-school kids ages 5-12, according to Lebanon Assistant Fire Chief Jason Cole. Another bus was brought in to take the children to school.

Scott was taken to Goodall Hospital in Sanford for treatment of minor injuries, McCausland said. Her vehicle was demolished.

The bus driver, John Chanley, 47, of Berwick, was treated at the scene, McCausland said. The school bus sustained significant damage to the front end.
