CANADA — A man who went for a stroll on the thin ice of the North Saskatchewan river found himself in hot water when he returned to shore — a frustrated firefighter blasted the young man for putting himself and others in danger.
Capt. Wayne Grotski of Edmonton Fire Rescue delivered an expletive-filled tirade, while CTV Edmonton cameras captured the lecture.
“You know your stupidity cost us a lot of s***,” Grotski passionately explains in the video. “What happens if you go through that ice? And now we gotta try to save your a** and we put ourselves in danger because we don’t even know who you are but you’re out there doing stupid s***.”
