EAST LIBERTY, Pa. — A 3-year-old child was rescued by firefighters early Tuesday morning from a burning apartment building in East Liberty.
Firefighters said the blaze started on Rippey Street around 3 a.m.
Emergency officials said crews found the girl in a first-floor hallway outside of a bedroom. Firefighters said the girl was not breathing when she was found, but paramedics were able to revive her.
