LAS VEGAS — Nevada EMS providers are assisting in the safe reopening of Las Vegas resorts by partnering to provide in-room COVID-19 testing to guests.
MGM Resorts announced its collaboration with Henderson-based Community Ambulance, which will administer the tests at MGM’s Las Vegas properties, according to a press release.
Guests can choose between standard RT-PCR tests, fast molecular (NAAT) tests or rapid antigen tests and schedule an appointment by calling guests services. The price for guests requesting in-room testing ranges from $140 to $230. The tests will be administered and analyzed by Community Ambulance personnel, who will deliver results electronically to the guests.
Community Ambulance also teamed with MGM to administer vaccines to MGM employees at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
