LUBBOCK, Texas — Charges are being dropped against a paramedic from Sundown accused of driving an ambulance while drunk.
On Monday evening, Lubbock police told us that a judge did not find enough probable cause to charge Daniel MacDonald.
Lubbock police arrested MacDonald at University Medical Center on Saturday. He was bringing a young patient to the hospital, but before he arrived, staff received a call from Levelland EMS saying they believed MacDonald was drunk.
