An ambulance that was hit by a car flipped onto its side and landed on another vehicle

YAKIMA, Wash. — Four people were injured in a three-car collision involving an ambulance that was transporting a child.

The ambulance was hit by a car, flipped onto its side and landed on another vehicle, KIMATV.com reports.

Two EMTs were injured and transported to a local hospital, along with the two people inside the vehicle that the ambulance landed on top of.

Those inside the first car that hit the ambulance were not hurt, and the child being transported did not suffer any injuries from the collision and was transported by a second ambulance that arrived on the scene after the crash.
