COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A man was arrested Wednesday night for hitting an ambulance while drunk driving.
The ambulance was not transporting a patient but was on its way to a call when the man, Marvin Brown, ran a stop sign and hit the ambulance, causing it to roll onto its side, KRDO reported.
The EMS providers inside the ambulance were wearing seatbelts and didn’t suffer major injuries. They were treated and released.
Brown didn’t suffer major injuries either and is now facing DUI and other charges.
