SEBRING, Fla. — When two emergency medical technicians filmed a Snapchat video of “booty dancing” during some late night downtime on Sept. 20, they thought only their social media friends would see it.
Snapchat, a social media site, promises users that videos and photos get deleted after a short time on the server.
Instead, someone who saw it recorded it, and sent the video to Emergency Medical Services supervisor Karin Tallent with a complaint that the video was derogatory to women and constituted sexual harassment.
