WEATHERFORD, Okla. — The names of the three Air Evac Lifeteam helicopter crew members who were killed in a crash on Jan. 20 have been released.
Pilot Russell Haslam, Flight Nurse Adam Tebben and Flight Paramedic Steven Fitzgerald were killed when their helicopter went down after transporting a patient to Oklahoma City.
The helicopter, a Bell 206L3 with call sign N295AE, was based out of Weatherford, Okla.
