WASHINGTON — For the fifth consecutive year, the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) is proud to partner with the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) to recognize first responders on 24/7 Day, taking place July 24, 2025.

This national event celebrates first responders who serve their communities around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To honor their dedication, thousands of convenience stores nationwide will offer free coffee, drinks or snacks to first responders on July 24. To receive the offer, personnel need to show up in uniform or with a work badge.

Convenience stores have long served as vital community hubs, according to the NACS Foundation. “When communities need us most, we’re always there.”

The 2025 24/7 Day initiative underscores the convenience industry’s commitment to recognizing and supporting first responders year-round. A full list of participating store partners and their offers can be found at www.conveniencecares.org.
