Ind. captain who served as FF-EMT dies

Greenwood Fire Department Capt. Craig Hall served for 25 years

GREENWOOD, Ind. — Greenwood Fire Department Capt. Craig Hall suffered a medical emergency on Sunday and died on Tuesday, WTHR reported.

Hall served for 25 years, starting as a paid-call firefighter and becoming a full-time firefighter-EMT in 2005, before promoting to the rank of captain in 2013.

Hall was a firefighter for the Air Force Reserve, according to his obituary.

He is survived by his wife, his mother and many other family members.

A Facebook post by the Greenwood Fire Department says, “We will take it from here brother! RIP Captain Hall.”
