LAKEVILLE, MN – ImageTrend is pleased to announce the release of Field, Service and State Bridge version 4.0. Using feedback from user meetings, beta testers and customers, the applications are now faster and more secure with an updated user interface.

Implementation of the Service and State Bridge applications will be rolled out over the coming months. Once your State and Service Bridge have been updated, you will then be able to download version 4.0 of the Field Bridge from the EDS Downloads page on the ImageTrend website. To maximize performance, users are requested to delay updating their Field Bridge application until their Service or State Bridge application has been updated, as many of the features are configured from the Service and State Bridge applications.
All of the applications have a new user interface to maximize ease of use. This user interface includes resizable assessment figures, large button keypads and arrows to help guide the user through the run.
The applications also have new functionality to benefit the user. Automatic upgrades give the user the latest updates without having to download them from the EDS Downloads page on the website. User specific settings allow the customer to set the application to his or her personal preferences. An online run form editor allows administrators to build a run form in the Service or State Bridge, and then synchronize the run form into the Field Bridge.
