HARTLAND, Mich. — Joe and Melissa Cellucci know a thing or two about first aid and public safety.
Between them, the couple have experience in the roles of police officer, corrections officer, firefighter, 911 dispatcher and paramedic in Iowa, Colorado and Michigan.
They have taken that knowledge and opened J and M Supply, a store in Livingston County that sells gear for EMS, fire and police personnel, and outdoor adventurers.
