EAST MISSOULA, Mont. — A 49-year-old man whose truck and camper swayed and swerved into oncoming traffic on Montana Highway 200 will be tested for alcohol twice a day after being arrested on his third charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Regg Ballas of East Missoula posted $1,085 bond Tuesday after being arrested for drunken driving, failure to drive on the right side of the road and expired registration.
Missoula County Justice of the Peace Karen Orzech ordered him to stay away from alcohol and bars, and to sign up for the Sobriety and Accountability Program; it requires twice-daily breath tests.
