EUCLID, Ohio — The Cuyahoga County Heroin Task force along with Euclid Police are investigating a string of five heroin overdoses in Euclid in a matter of hours on Friday.
The task force said that they have made two arrests in connection with the incidents in Euclid.
They have not released the identities of those arrested.
