EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Mattel has issued a #ThankYouHeroes collection for Fisher-Price that will benefit a fund for first responders on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Fisher-Price “Play It Forward” collection includes:

Nurses - “From medical care to emotional support – nurses are heroes with heart.”

Doctors - “Always putting their patients first, doctors are heroes who don’t just save the day, they save lives.”

Delivery drivers - “Going the extra mile to bring people what they need, these heroes always deliver.”

Emergency Medical Technicians - “EMTs are the heroes who are first on the scene in an emergency, doing everything they can to help.”

Little People Community Champions - “These community champions work hard every day to help us stay healthy, safe and stocked with everything we need.” This collection includes a doctor, nurse, EMT, delivery driver and grocery store worker “for helpers and supporters ages 1-101 years.”

The action figures are $20 each and will ship on Dec. 31, 2020.

According to Mattel, from April 29 to May 31, $15 from each toy sold will be donated to #FirstRespondersFirst, “a fund dedicated to providing essential supplies, equipment and resources for protecting frontline healthcare workers and their families.”

The figures are for “heroes and supporters” age 3 and older. Each one has moveable arms and legs and comes with two accessories, according to Mattel.
