MOUNT HOOD, Ore. — A snowboarder who got lost out of bounds on Mount Hood has been reunited with his friends.
The friends of 34-year-old Lim Dae called for help as darkness fell Saturday. The Mount Hood Ski Patrol began searching and were soon joined by search-and-rescue officials with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
The rescue team called his cellphone and told him to stay put. They reached him by 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
