YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A former paramedic is facing criminal charges after he crashed his RV while driving under the influence and then attempted to escape his handcuffs, according to troopers.
Troopers arrested Thomas “Greg” Robinson Saturday night after they say lost control of his motor home on Highway 200 near Fletcher Broome Road and went airborne, crashing into a ditch.
“He has come across three, two yards. His head is bleeding,” said one witness who called 911 after the accident.
