LEWES, Del. — Paramedic David Hodges avoided prison time after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge related to making and selling fake vaccination cards, the Delaware News Journal reported.
Delaware District Court Judge Jennifer Hall sentenced him to six months of probation and ordered Hodges to pay a $1,300 fine. Prosecutors said that is the amount he earned from the scheme.
He worked at a Dover facility where COVID-19 vaccines were being given to people, and prosecutors said he stole the cards.
