SPOKANE, Wash. — Investigators are trying to determine what caused a car to explode in Spokane, Wash., injuring a man and his 3-year-old daughter.
KXLY reports the two had gotten into the car and driven just a few blocks when the car exploded Sunday afternoon in the Garland District.
Witnesses say the blast was loud and powerful, throwing car parts over the street. Some even landed on the roof of a nearby apartment complex.
